Yeah this is the latest tactic for recruits to garner attention. I'm announcing. Oops, no I'm not. Wait, yes I am. Postponed due to St Hubbin's Day. I'm almost ready to announce. I'm announcing that I'll make a statement about when I'll announce next Tuesday.
He will announce this week so he can be a true guest as an Ohio State commit! (hopefully)

He is not announcing today. The 11W staff is scooped on this one so it's nothing to fear. He will be a Buckeye from what we know, just not announcing today.
If Bell were to have committed before Worley, would the staff no longer take Worley's committment? I think this is kind of odd that he wants to commit as soon as Derek Dooley is fired... I feel that he thinks Dooley being fired means Bell to OSU, and his spot could be taken... Obviously this is pure speculation and I am posing a scenario.
