Without Rich Rod the Boren to C-Bus pipeline most likely would not have occurred.... And without Zack Boren the Buckeyes would not have been 12 - OH.

I'm sure he was, but you could say that about a lot of things. If TP hadn't walked into a tattoo parlor with a fistful of gear we wouldn't of had Urban as coach. Destiny is a funny thing.
It was Justin Boren who left Michigan not Zach. Zach was already comimitted to tOSU before 'Dick Rod' took over!
That is 100% false. Rich Rodriguez was hired at Michigan on or around December 16, 2007. Zach Boren committed to Ohio State on April 30, 2008.
I second BTWRESTLE04. Justin Boren left Michigan and transferred to tOSU before Zach's commitment to tOSU. One could possibly say that Zach is indirectly responsible for Justin leaving Michigan though. As the story goes, Rich Rod told the Boren family that he would not be offering Zach a scholarship to play at Michigan despite the Carr regime promising that he would be offered. Being a Michigan legacy family and having the Carr promise rescinded angered the Boren family, leading directly to Justin leaving Michigan and spouting the erosion of "family values" under the Rich Rod staff.
Rich rod is one of my all time favorite Buckeyes
Rich Rod contributing to tOSUs' undefeated season? Perhaps in the same way syphilis would contribute to a satisfying sex life. The intangibles that added up to 12-0 did not include the man that I will forever call, "Jim Tressels' greatest asset."
An angry fan...rooting for an angry team...led by angry coaches
Well in that logic Just as much as loyd Carr would be. He recruited them then "retired"
Wherever you are, there you be!
Justin was the better player between the two, we have to see what jacoby can do
Is it fair to compare them when they don't play the same position
Wherever you are, there you be!
I do believe Urban has told the Buckeye Nation many times how important Zach Boren was to this team... Changing positions over half way through his senior season and stablizing the lbs was an amazing feat
