When their were rumors of him coming here, I knew he was a great coach but I just wasn't sure I WANTED him here. Yeah, Fick had a tough year, but he was OSU to the core. And Tress? He was an icon. He WAS Ohio State when he was here.

Urban? Well my main memory of Urban was a game I try to forget ever happened. Plus there were rumors he might think about Penn State, and that he might go to Notre Dame. I mean, what kind of Buckeye goes to Penn State or Notre Dame?

As this year has gone on though, it's become very clear to me that Urbs loves OSU. I've seen him get chocked up when us fans get chocked up, get excited when we get excited, continue our traditions while bringing in new ones. And that non-three-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust new fangled spread offense? Well somehow it looks like an OSU power offense, even though all the formations have changed.

So here we are at the end of an inconsistent sometimes disappointing year that has somehow also become one of the greatest years I can ever remember for people that just love teams that come together and win as a team, and how do I feel?

i can't imagine anybody else having taken this job. I am so incredibly glad Urban Meyer is here, and I feel safe in saying he is back where he belongs.

Now let's kick the s*** out of Michigan!

This is right up there with Urb's emotional, fist-pumping outburst after the Purdue game. I think that moment is when I realized "Wow, Urban really gets it. He loves being a Buckeye". I think that was also the moment where I went all-in on UFM being OUR football coach. There's no one else in the world that I'd rather have as coach of THE Ohio State University.

Well as I pull up to a local convenient store, I noticed a car with Michigan licens plates..I know this is probly wrong of me, but I couldn't resist..I sacrificed my big Ohio state vehicle magnet and I'm sure it's on it way up north by now..

Buckle up gents this is gonna be one wild ride in the next golden era of tOSU football everyone else in this conference got their 2 year window to get to the next level and failed. Trust me when I say from talking to others the coaches in this conference are very worried and distraught bc they know how this guy recruits on top of his ability to gameplan and make in-game adjustments. Like Freddie Flinstone from that whore up north said when Urbz was hired "Not..........not good"..........go Bucks! I want the skunkweasles juggular slashed tomorrow like nothing ive ever wanted more so does the great man in that video!

ps- so jealous of everyone that gets to be down there tomorrow and for those that will be safe and give scUM fans hell!

Urban just inexplicably provided a whole bunch of motivation for UM, and his entire mantra seems to be throwing red meat to the Buckeye faithful who are too blind to see it for what it is. *ichigan may be a better school than tOSU in some fields, but not as many as you think, and tOSU is world class in areas *ichig@n is not. The perception that that school is so much better is largely inflated by the hot air bolstering their own ego.

And if it is so much more elite, you would hope that a fan from there would be a much more savy troll. If you are not a troll (as you claim), then perhaps there is a reason you are up there? when all else fails to explain, at least we can turn to science. And, well, *ichigan does suck, and maybe you were just caught in the uptake. Bad troll is a bad troll.

You can really understand why the players have said repeatedly this season that they are playing for the seniors and each other, that they love their teammates, love their coaches, give compliments to their teammates, why the o-line all run to the endzone when an OSU player scores a touchdown to corngratulate him, and why they have worked their butts off. They bought in to Meyer and his program and coaches. There is absolutely no question about the way Meyer feels about OSU, its traditions, his players, coaches, and those who came before him.
