Barkley has been ruled out of the game already against Notre Dick according to CBSsports. So let's just chill out on the kool-aid and just enjoy that this is HATE WEEK and in a mere 5 days we will be enjoying the beat down of that team up north.
It's 2:55 and M*CH*GAN STILL SUCKS!

Is Matt Cassel still the back-up @ USC?
I think USC wanted to bring back Carson Palmer for this game before realizing ND's defense would pick him off just as frequently as NFL defenses do

Screw blue.
Class of 2010.
Kiffin is lying to everyone. Wants Notre Dame to get cocky and then Barkley, by an act of God is healed to play saturday morning. Highly unlikely, but we are talking about a man who deflated footballs to gain an advantage. Dirtiest coach in the country! Cant rule anything out.

I thought their backup QB was now a punter @ SC?
If Denard Robinson isn't careful with spooning all that food into his mouth, he's going to end up lookin' like Whoopi Goldberg
Regarding Barkley: The guy's NFL stock has dropped this year for sure. I mean he was supposed to be the Heisman trophy winner and lead his team to a national title on his way to being drafted #1 overall. Now where does this guy factor into the NFL draft pciture?
At this point, if I was running an NFL team and I had a top pick, I am avoiding drafting a QB. No one really sticks out to me as being a top notch NFL caliber QB.
@chromedomebuck Epic...
Barkley's out? SC may have a chance!!!!

Sorry Nova I went to up vote you from my phone and my fat fingers down voted you
Even with Barkley there's no way USC would beat ND.
And how do you know this?
Did you think A&M would beat Alabama? Did you think Baylor would beat K-State or Stanford beat Oregon?
Pitt should've beat ND but got screwed and they suck.
i actually predicted the a&m and stanford picks...NOBODY had that Baylor game lol

Lane Kiffin has a 4 possible 5 loss season with the best QB in school history and two best wide receivers (arguably) in SC history with Silas Redd added in to the offense..if that doesn't scream bad coach I don't know why does.

I'm picking ND, less because Barkley won't play and more because Kiffin will coach.
I can't help but not root for ND this year..

purdue should've beat OSU..and they suck. Alot of teams "should've" neat us this year from what I've seen.

Well thank goodness they didn't lose because I'm still drinking the undefeated kool-aid that I was after the Nebraska game. Every team has bumps in the road against teams that are lessor opponents in the grand scheme of things. OSU did the same thing in 2002 with wins of 6 points or less (Cincy, PSU, Wiscy, Purdue, Illlinois & tTUN, and of course the NC game). They still had some close games they should have won by more...but they didn't and still went unbeaten. This team will do the same thing Saturday and I'm going to be damn proud of them (despite not being able to play in a bowl game for reasons that weren't their fault in the first place).

Im not going to root for Notre Dame this week, just hope they dont lose
O H I O is the Buckeye State
I tried to root for Notre Dame and I puked in my mouth. True story.
An angry fan...rooting for an angry team...led by angry coaches
Is it safe to say that Barkley's numbers have gone down significantly since the ball-deflating was reported after the Ducks game? Some crazy stat that was thrown out during the UCLA game was that his incompletition ratio had doubled. And to think Kiffin had no idea.....
Arizona:
31/49 493 yrds avg 10.1 3TD 2INT
Ducks:
35/54 484 yrds avg 9.0 5TD 2INT
ASU:
20/33 222 yrds avg 6.7 3TD 3INT
UCLA:
20/38 301 yrds avg 7.9 3TD 2INT
Edit: sorry...don't know why this took up so much space.
