Hey guys, need a little help. Ive seen it asked before but just for piece of mind I thought I'd ask. Anyway, I bought 2 student tickets for the scUM game from stubhub and it says Buck ID is required for entrance. Should I not worry about it or ask some buddies for their IDs just in case? Thanks for the help.

I'd get the IDs just to be safe. I am a student and typically get my ID checked when I show my ticket
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
Get some id's They don't have to be yours, as long as you have one you are good.
Definitely have ID's. Like someone else said, they don't have to be yours. Just casually hold them underneath your ticket while you get it scanned. Not worth the risk.
We should strive to keep thy name, of fair repute and spotless fame...
(Also, I'm not a dude)
You don't even have to hide it if it's not yours; the policy says that you just need any BuckID to get in. No worries.
I've gotten into every home game this year without showing my buck id. Definitely have them if you can, but don't worry too much if you can't get them. One suggestion would be to enter at a gate that isn't mainly a student entrance, so don't enter at the south stands gates.
it can be anyone's buckid, i think you know that...but it makes life a little easier. just flash a buckid and you're good to go.
I have heard there is a way the student can "validate" the tickets for use by a non-student as well. But I think their is a charge for doing that and you have to get the original ticket owner to do it.
Somewhat related story - I bought OSU tickets for my son's birthday in September through Stub Hub, and didn't realize in the tiny print that they were student tickets. When I got them in the mail, I noticed it and sent an e-mail to Stub Hub Customer Service to express my frustration about the hard to notice caveat and that I was now screwed since neither me, nor my 12 year old son who i was taking to his first OSU game, are in fact OSU students.
I fully expected either no response or a "sucks to be you" kind of reply. However, Stub Hub immediately responded back (within 2 hours) and said they would look into it. They did and later that day I got another e-mail telling me they were refunding my FULL purchase price, including their processing and shipping fees, etc, and that I could use the refund to purchase any other tickets on their site. I was extremely hapy with their response and quick action, and wanted to spread the word about how wonderful dealing with Stub Hub was. /end free comercial
Long story short - I am taking my son to his first OSU game tomorrow. Go Bucks!
I love stubhub too. I go on there and get last minute tickets to Reds games all the time in the summer. I was kind of leary to buy from there at first, but now i probably buy off of Stubhub more than I do from the Reds box office.
Yea, Stub Hub is great for Browns tickets too. I bought my son those the last couple of years. If you wait until about week 3, when the Browns are already circling the drain, you can get seats at less than face vlaue.
