Shazier and Bryant brought "The Game" type effort

Yesterday and the season was a total TEAM effort, but defensively vs Michigan I thought #10 and #2 came ready to win at all costs.  I think these 2 guys will be the leaders of next year's defensive resurgence.

Shazier is going to leave tOSU as one of the best we've ever had. Years from now we'll see 10 the same way we see 47, 36, 33. You wont have to see the name, just simply 10.

I agree he will be one of the greats. But 10 is such a weird number for an LB, and in my mind it will always be associated with Troy Smith and his Heisman Trophy. I wish Shazier would change his number.

I agree. He looked good in 48 against PSU.

They can both be awesome players for sure. Somebody just needs to teach Christian "almost" Bryant to wrap up. What you gotta love about both of them is that they both play their asses off every game.

Should teach him how to catch too. That forced fumble was so money though.

If CB#2 could catch would have probably 10+ INTs in his career

Like others said if they learn how to wrap up instead of shoulder bombing people, they will be solid. Im more high on Shazier than I am Bryant. Bryant seems to always make a few costly mistakes that take away from the good things he does on the field. Shazier on the other hand is just a freak!

Shazier was on fire at the end of the season. At this point I would take him over T'eo easily, not earlier in the season but definitely now. And not because of his superiority in numbers, or his superiority in big plays (pick 6 against PSU, forced fumble on goal line against Wisconsin--wow this guy is ridiculous), but because he really has that "it" affect on the imposing offense now. He blows up plays in the backfield and gets to places he shouldn't, he's always around the ball and making tackles and big hits.

The only thing remotely negative that I will say about Shazier's season is the dominating play should have happened starting game 1. It just makes me salivate, thinking this entire season was only an appetizer for the main-course that is to come next year!!! Ryan Damn Shazier is a steely-eyed missle-man!!! Go Bucks!!
