I, like a couple of other people, wondered where the Nike marketing blitz was this fall for the new jersey and its line of apparel. Brandon Castel had an interesting article at The Ozone. Basically, Nike realized how stupid the backstories and over the top websites they've created in the past were. Also, they've changed their verbiage from "Pro Combat" to "Rivalry" jerseys, and this jersey is not an homage to 2002 (just a futuristic take on our current unis).

I am unsure on how I am supposed to respond to this blog post.
No need to respond? Just spreading some info.

At first I thought you mean New Jersey, like the state.
Taquitos.
Especially since "new" and "jersey" are both capitalized in the title :-)

@Denny, I thought the exact same thing. Maybe the Garden State's getting a new football jersey. Not.

was wondering why my home state, and the only state that can challenge ohio for supremacy, was making an appearance in the forums. obviously, points off from ohio for poor capitalization...
Obviously, the confusion that "New" and "Jersey" might present did not even occur to me at the time.
