If Michigan's season continues to go downhill is there a possibility that any players leave Michigan for Ohio State? One player I still want in particular is Dymonte Thomas. Just Wondering...

I hope Bri'onte is talking to him to make the jump. At this point, I don't know what Urban has up his sleeve about who he is holding spots for. It seems there are several top recruits who have OSU high on their list. It appears that we will have a top 3 class.
Conley will be it...Dawson left on his own. Thomas isn't going anywhere. Chalk that F-Up to OSU's old staff. If they would have pursued him more...Thomas would be in this class when Urban was hired.

I don't agree with your statement that UM's season is going downhill. I mean they will probably end the regular season 8-4 after losing to us in The Game. I don't know that finishing 8-4 will cause kids to turn away from them. But anyway, Conley and Dawson are possibilities. I think the Thomas ship sailed a long time ago. But I would keep an eye on Mike McCray.
Urban's going after their commits and tapping their pipeline. He may not land anyone right now but he's serving notice: keep up or get blown away.
What's the deal on Denard? Anybody hear much about his injury and the chances that he plays these next 2 weeks?
I went over to MGoBlog and saw this info about Denard from Hoke's presser today:
Maybe not in 2013 but Damon Webb and Malik McDowell might be teetering on the fence next year
I believe that UM plays Iowa next week, so i wouldn't be surprised at all if they sit Denard regarless of health until they come to Cbus. I would be very surprised if Denard is anything but a "game-time" decision to try to throw Urban, Fickell and Co for a loop.
To be honest i want Denard at 100%, that way when we win there are no excuses. I am a little nervous about him running the ball against us, but in order to grow as a team we need to have challenges like that.
Conley is fliiping to the bucks not sure about anyone else dawson is already done with scum so I don't county him

Denard will play Saturday even if its only situationally. It's his last game in the big house. Unless he will get substantially injured because of it. He'll play
I would love to get Dawson just to crack open that Cass Tech pipeline... plus if we got Dawson, he could sell OSU to his current teammates up there that we're after for '14.
There are some rumours that Denard's nerve injury is far worse than originally thought, and that he might not make it back for The Game.
That would be pretty cool...
Meyer's first recruiting class, he snags multiple once commited PSU recruits.
2nd year, snags multiple once commited Scum recruits.
Defect away and bring them in... love it
O H I O is the Buckeye State
While I think there is a possibility of one or two defections, as there will always be if Hoke continues to recruit hard in Ohio, the claim that these recruits are leaving because Michigan is "going downhill" lacks evidence. Did Dawson or Conley cite that as a reason for leaving?
...uh oh...

I wonder if reality is finally setting in with Michiscum recruits?

You got it cajunbuckeye. Those recruits are seeing some good things happen but its happening somewhere else and now they feel like their on the outside looking in...

To anyone who thinks that we're going to get a significant part of the Cass Tech pipeline if we get Dawson, don't count on it. Their staff pushes guys to UM first and MSU second, and like McCray to Michigan from Trotwood, it doesn't mean much as a steady new recruiting source.
scUM may have a TON of defections after Urban puts 60 on 'em. But really, look at the Visitors List for that game. REEEE Diculous!!! Perfect time for Urban to make a statement. Probly one like when he jumps up and down and randomly points fingers at cameras... using mind power to say, "see, you know you're gonna be a Buckeye and we can do all this #WINNING for years to come young man."
