The 2006 Ohio State/Michigan game has to be my best memory of 'The Game'. The atmosphere in the Shoe that night was electric - it started looking like it was going to be an Ohio State blow-out, but Michigan crept back in setting up the incredible finish where both teams left everything they had on the field. The scene afterwards was surreal - few left the stadium - the field was covered wall to wall with fans who had rushed the field. Felt like we won the national championship that night, and judging from the way both Ohio State and Michigan played in their respective bowl games six weeks later - it may have felt that way to them as well.

I was in the 'Shoe for 2002. After a few years of dropping that big game in the 90s, we got the monkey off our backs.
sophomore year beanie going for 222 on a crappy day in ann arbor. i had to go lay out in summit after that win. one of the best days ever.

2007 - Beanie's long run to put us up 14-3 at the out house
Those plays stick out to me probably more than any of the ones from 2006 honestly. The entire 2006 game stands out for the entirerty but I remember other plays from other games much better
1979 - Laughlin's punt block and Todd Bell (RIP) returning it for a TD
1994 - Fickell's tip and INT, and Eddie's game-clinching score
1998 - David Boston pointing at Marcus Ray as he scored
2001 - Wells' long TD run
Baro, I was there too. My cousin got engaged at the game. We slept outside at our tailgate with a dusting of snow surrounding us and a fire going all night. I hugged and high-fived more people than ever before in my life. I drank waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy too much but kept on truckin'. It is a weekend that I will never, ever forget.
'06 was almost as cool.

2010 was the first time I had the pleasure to witness OSU vs. Michigan in person and it was in the Shoe. Although it wasn't a really great game (OSU dominated) it was THE GAME and I was present so in my mind it is the "Best Memory (In Person)" I have.
But the 2006 game ........ that was one of if not the best football game I've witnessed so far in my lifetime, at any level of football.

2005 Gonzo catch was great.
Best memory by far is freshman year at OSU in 2006. The game was amazing and rushing the field was something I'll never forget. I rememeber walking down high street and there were cop cars with flashing lights as far as you could see. The whole town was electric. Can't believe its already been 6 years since then. Bought the game off iTunes for $2.99 I think and rewatch it at least once a year.
at the 2002 game with my older brother...I was only 15...rushing the field after the win and getting blasted by pepper spray while we all tried to rip up turf. best part is...those tickets were my moms, she got them from the alumni lottery and gave them up to us. BEST.MOM.EVER.
