I just did a simple google search of LV and OSU bars etc. and rivals actually had a column on it awhile back... here's the link, it lists different bars in the area and their attractions.
Go to Boulevard, the owner is an actaully Ohioan. I was visiting Lv last year and went to this bar to watch " the game". The bar has pennents from local Ohio schools, Cleveland St. Joes ,Massilion,Akron U,Kent and many others.
I have always hoped that the Bellagio sports book is what heaven is like. I could spend eternity watching every game on in the world and getting free stuff while dozing off in comfy chairs.
