Game watch location for pregnant lady

So this will be the first time in ten years I am not in the stadium for the game.  I will be in town though and would like to watch the game near campus.  I wanted to get recommendations for a place where you think I can actually get a seat.  I was thinking Eddies, but have never been there on game day and not sure if we could get a seat for the whole game.  Although I would like to be as close to stadium as possible, we are staying near short north so would not be opposed to tailgating there if we had to.  Any suggestions for locations where we could be assured a seat and what time we would need to get there?
