anybody know the official time for The Skull Session to start before the game? Ive heard 2 hours & 2 1/2 hours before kick off.

And how long does it normally last?

also whats the forcast suppose to be for the game? Im hearing between 30-38 degrees w/ wind, rain or snow.

To be exact, it was changed from 2hrs to 2hrs 20 minutes this year.
