On a different note, Does anyone else think it's funny that Texas AM can just go into the SEC and Dominate(i say that with a soft voice). I thought They were too good for everyone?!
Tenn defense looked Bad again. They had a 28-21 lead with 5 .30 to go. They decdied to run 2 pass plays and never made a first down. This will be the worst defense in there history they have give up almost 100 points in 2 games.
Multiple sources from TN are reporting on Twitter that Dooley is out and the announcement will come Monday. Urban needs to call Vonn Bell ASAP! I could see him committing soon if the reports about Dooley are true.
I would imagine Bell will wait to see who they bring in to replace Dooley. Bell's interest in Tennessee seems to be more so from being a fan of the school/team than the coach.
Hey Buckeye in SEC, You still think Tennessee is gonna win 10 games this season? I'm just messin' with ya man. But seriously, I think you were drinking the Dool-aid just like a lot of UT fans.
As far as Bell goes, I could see him waiting to see who UT brings in to replace Dooley.
If UT gets Charley Strong that could hurt tOSU badly. He will have an immediate draw not only for interested Recruits in UT but he has a chance with Quick Timmons as well as others that did not consider UT because of Dooley.
I could see a situation where they try to hire Chavis as their head coach... They're going to go after a high profile guy. There has already been rumors of the Haslams and Peyton Manning opening up their checkbooks.
Good Lord, if you're not playing in the SEC championship game, you're on the hot seat as a coach. I see Charley Strong sitting tight while all this paperwork plays out. Not sure about Arkansas over Tennessee, though, as a choice. I think Auburn, with Foster and Liner already in the recruiting class and a number of kids still in good graces, is the job to take. I actually think the ship has sailed for UK and Petrino with all of the other jobs opening up.

I'd imagine Strong takes the Auburm or Arkansas jobs before he takes the Tennessee job.
The only reason Dolley. Got the job John Gruden, Brain Kelly and Will Mushcamp all turn down the Tennessee job.
Tennessee made a mistake in canning Fulmer. Maybe Cutcliffe (Duke) returns to Knoxville? He was OC when Peyton Manning was there.

Fulmer did have 2 losing seasons in his final 4 years.
If they still had John Chavis as Dc they would be a 10 win team.
I could see a situation where they try to hire Chavis as their head coach... They're going to go after a high profile guy. There has already been rumors of the Haslams and Peyton Manning opening up their checkbooks.
If I were Tenessee I go after Boise. Sate head coach.
But Boise State is not the same Boise State without their OC that left.
They tried for Chris Peterson when they hired Kiffin. He wanted to stay out west.
Judging by his history, Bobby Petrino would have Tennessee back in a New Year's Day Bowl within 3 years.
Judging by his history, Bobby Petrino may only be at Tennessee for 3 years.
I would not count out Petrno going back to Arakansas.
They do miss Eric Berry.
~Because we couldn't go for three~
Money has never been a problem when it comes to the football team in Knoxville. They will back up the Brinks truck if they can find a willing taker.

I'm hoping Charlie Strong goes to Arkansas only because it seems like we're in less recruiting battles with them...
