Hand's defensive Coach, John Harris tells me Da'Shawn and teammate Marcus Boone will definitely be in attendance for the Michigan game. They will be arriving in Columbus Friday night and leaving Sunday afternoon, so they'll have plenty of time to tour campus and talk to coaches. Hand wants to meet Ohio State linebacker Curtis Grant and also really likes Coach Vrabel and Coach Smith. Huge visit for both parties. We'll be catching up with Da'Shawn afterwards.

Grant can't be upset with anyone, but himself regarding his reduction in playing time. He was given the starting position, and lost it on his own. Can't say he didn't get a fair shake.
I think that Grant will figure it out... I mean I sure hope so!!! Kid has all the physical tools in the world... Hopefully this off-season he will get the mental & leadership down (had the same hope this past off-season lol)... I know Shazier is the man going forward but the MLB has to be the MAN in the center of the defense...

Can you imagine a team with Hand on one side, and Spence on the other? Add Adolfus and (I STILL think he will be an All-American) Bennett in the middle. Oh and don't forget about brining in Hill,and Bosa, and Schutt,etc ,etc. Olines will have nightmares.... Who do you double team? Oh yeah and Mitchell and Rakwan(sp) filling the holes...

I'm guessing the Game is going to prove to be quite a day for recruiting. We may not get a lot of recruits signing that weekend, but the atmosphere that day is going to make up a lot of minds. I'm glad the staff has made sure so many great recruits will be in attendance. That game will be the best trick in urban's recruiting bag.
Just have to win, the rest will take care of itself.
