Does anyone know if College Game Day will be in Columbus for The Game? Are there any other games to consider?

Probably will be one of these:

Florida vs. Florida St.

Notre Dame vs. USC

Florida/FSU is a game between 2 top 10 ranked teams (as of right now), while ND-USC is ABC's night game.

BTW: OSU-Mich. starting @ NOON doesn't help the cause either.

Gameday has already been at both Florida and Florida St. this year, so it's not going to be there. Also, if you do a Wikipedia search and look at the annual locations, you will notice that 2012 is shown for OSU, but the actual date and game isn't. Hmmm, a little foreshadowing maybe?

OSU has a better shot if Nebraska loses a game and Michigan is playing for the B1G title game in The Game. If that's not the case, I'd imagine they'd go to USC for the ND game

I don't see Game Day coming here unless the planets align. We would need some major upsets next week in order for that to happen.

We already got our TV time but I'm sure they'll be back to Columbus next year...

Everyone claims to hate ESPN and are mad at Herbstreit and yet some of you actually want Gameday to come for The Game?

The only reason we want Gameday here is so we can make cool signs with pictures of Urban on them... I already have my idea, just waiting for the day...

im in the minority but i dont mind espn, i do hate some of the people on their for sure but not mad at the network. i actually think they show mad love to Tosu since we've gotten myer they are on his nuts. gameday has been to columbus more than any other campus in its history and brutus was the first head corso ever put on. and i still love herby even though he can be cynical of the buckeyes but he's just doing his job i'd do the same if i were in his position. count me as one who would love for gameday to be their and loves when espn is reporting on Tosu (except tatgate of course) because we matter and people want to know.

I hope they never set foot on Ohio State's campus again. The part that they played in the scandal is virtually unforgivable as far as this fan is concerned, and their lawsuit against Ohio State was a disgusting display of bad faith (and a costly one, too). The Gameday programming itself has turned into an SEC recruitment special, and it doesn't really matter where they are in the country or what kind of transgressions are happening at an SEC school. This is the same program that put Nick Lache on the top of the Horseshoe singing Hail to the Victors...as if that's okay in any way, shape, or form. Now you got Mark May making up his own rules for the Heisman voting JUST to keep Braxton Miller's vote count down. Why not go take a big dump in Mirror Lake, or spraypaint a big M on the Oval somewhere?

Enough is enough, and ESPN can seriously f'ck off. If I was a student, and if ESPN came to campus, I'd hope that we all show up and boo them for 2 hours. You know that it costs Ohio State money to bring them there, right? That's not cheap.

Didn't ESPN report that 50 or so current and former Buckeye players accepted either free or deeply discounted cars from Jack Maxton, and when found out to be false, didn't offer a retraction........I clearly remember "Mike and Mike" doing a farce song about going to Ohio State and getting a free car.....they just laughed and laughed.

Didn't they, less than a year later, say they wouldn't offer opinions on the Scam Newton Story "until all the facts were in"?

Seriously, how much coverage did they give this?
