Probably a week before the game
Gene is right. From what I have gathered from twitter this morning: ABC/ESPN will more than likely announce the times the Sunday (day after) the previous games. So we will know the Purdue time this Sunday. And we should know the time for the Illinois game the day after Penn State game. They have a 6 day out window from the game to decide the times for their games they're airing. That gives them the chance to proritize the games should teams win or lose.
