The Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting Jim Tressel will be joining WKYC as a special contributor for a weekly segment called "A Moment With Jim Tressel."
From WKYC: ""Jim's national championships as head football coach at Ohio State and Youngstown State universities are well-known to all, but his motivational speeches and best-selling books will be the basis of our 'A Moment with Jim Tressel.' " Channel 3's president and general manager Brooke Spectorsky is quoted saying in a statement released this morning by the station.""
It's good to see Tress get his face back out in the spotlight after a year of laying low. I look forward to seeing his segment, which debuts October 4, 2013 (I need to read more closely!) @ 7 pm EDT.
I still hold Tress on high, seems beneath him to do this. I just hope he is as happy as he made me for 10 falls.
I don't think it is beneath Tressel to do this. Tress loves to speak and share his thoughts and advice, now he gets to do it on TV in his hometown.

Normally, I can't wait for the final game of the year. However, this year my excitement is almost unbearable.
The 02' natl championship team with Clarett would be enough, but to have them walk out and be joined by Coach Tressel is going to be a magical moment in the shoe that I wouldn't miss for the world.

Coach Tressel is running out with the buckeyes against michigan this november? That would be great to see i loved tress and still respect the hell out of him great coach and i know he loves the buckeyes.. Are u 100% sure he is . Where you hear this from?

I think this is great! Unfortunately, I don't live in the Cleveland viewing area (anymore), because I'd definitely like to see his show.
