Dorian Bell is having a great season at LB with Duquesne. It's too bad he couldn't get it together while he was here, but it looks like he finally has. Either way --- best of luck to him...glad to see a young man make a turn for the better. I know it's D1-AA, but his #'s are pretty impressive:
Games Played: 7
Tackles: 82 (50 solos, 32 assists)
Tackles Per Game: 11.7
Tackles For Loss: 12
Sacks: 6.5
Interceptions: 1
Fumble Recoveries: 1
Forced Fumbles: 3

My brother plays football for Bryant, which is in the same conference (NEC) as Duquesne (Bell's current school). It doesn't sound like he's lighting it up there, either. It baffles us as fans, but sometimes stars doesn't equate to football IQ.
Edit: skimmed the numbers above, and thought they were over Bell's career at OSU (which wouldn't make sense because he didn't play enough to put up those kinds of numbers). I guess he is doing well at Duquesne. Good for him.
Well, he should do well there. Now he is a man amongst boys at Duquesne !
