Just found this interview with Stevens. He is talking in circles but is definitely decommitting from FSU. He's looking at several schools including OSU and from the comments many are worried about Urban.

Is it confusion or is he attempting to not look like a bad guy for de-committing?
I don't care if he is confused or dumb if he can come in and catch TD passes.
From reading about his de-commitment when he first talked to his coach about it, his coach came out and said Stevens seemed confused about what he was doing. His coach made it sound like Stevens thought he had to de-commit from FSU in order to visit other schools.
