I am on the Rod Smith Bandwagon. If he can fix the fumbles I think he can definitely be THE guy. He runs so hard, with so much passion each play. Just hope he can get the fumble monkey off his back.
Is Brax as fast as we think he is? He's elusive and I know he's got the moves, but he got run down by a nebraska defender last week and when he broke his run today the defenders were keeping pace.

Please don't complain about Brax' speed. That is a ridiculous complaint. He doesn't have to be the fastest on the field, just the quickest.

I think Rod Smith is a great great football player. But I think that Hyde has proven to come up big when we need him. Next year they will be an excellent 1-2 punch.
After watching that game; I'm starting to think that you can get mauled by a polar bear and a grizzly in the same day.

Anyone else notice that Hyde had over 150 yards rushing and 2 TD's after a crazy performance last week? I agree, Smith might have pulled himself together, but elt's not ovelook Hyde.

USMC i am in no way discrediting hyde or miller. Smith is clearly not the guy this year but when hyde is gone i think smith will impress. Also I am not "complaining" about braxtons speed, as it has won us many games just making an observation, which i do not find rediculous or reason to believe i do not support this team.
The only problem I see is defensive play calling. The players are playing at a high level in the front seven. It's been all scheme errors and that's Fickell's fault. I'd hate to see him go, but I wonder if Withers can call the defensive plays after having some ridiculous defenses at North Carolina. Let's see what he can do with this defense.

Urban was 100% right when he said the defense would struggle if the MLB struggled. It's a shame that Grant has been unable to pick up the defense. Mike Mitchell needs to be top priority with this lack of depth at LB.
Hyde had more yards than Braxton and more yards per carry don't over look him. I'm all about giving Rod the ball too needs to fix his fumbling problem

Well I can tell urbanculture is not a Browns fan. Nobody with that poor of an attitude has the mental strength to support a team the way us Cleveland fans do. True Buckeyes, or fans of any team for that matter, support their team 100%, all the time. You're allowed to be critical of your team, but to not fully supprt them because the retained a coach you personally don't like is just a disgrace to Buckeye Nation. For your sake, I hope that this is just the emotions of a crazy night talking.
