20Sider: I live in Toledo and I've always thought the Blade was more favorable to Michigan than Ohio State. After Notre Dame made Denard look like a fourth-string high school QB, the Blade brushed off his lousy performance with applause for his honesty to reporters. The Blade is more like the Ann Arbor Blade during the college football season.
ToledoBuckeyFanJim: I also live in T-town and I couldn't agree with you more. It has gotten to the point that I do not bother reading the Blade for my Buckeye coverage.
Since this Toledo is a hot bed for the Boarder War and so many of us have family/friends on both sides, it would be great if the Blade would have a pro tOSU writer and a pro scUM writer! Might boost some paper subscriptions!

What is a surf of confidence? Bad writing or bad proofreading. Either way it happens too often. And not just in the Blade.
On the other hand, is there a more badass name for a newspaper than The Blade? I think not.
