Don't worry, they're getting into the teeth of their schedule now. USC, UGA, and FSU are all possible losses. Even if they manage the unthinkable, piloting Muschamp's leaky ship through the rest of the SEC minefield; they'll have Nick Saban's buzzsaw awaiting them at the end.

It'll be really funny two years from now when the Gators have fallen back into mediocrity. After going like 11-2 this year, they follow it up with records barely above 0.500 and then Mike Bianchi whines, "Muschamp only won with Urban Meyer's players."

Bianchi will conveniently forget that he wrote this garbage in Nov. 2011 when Urbz was hired by Ohio State:

Meyer took a job with ESPN almost immediately after he left UF (so much for the family obligations) and now — after seeing the mess of a program he left behind in Gainesville — it is clear what his health issues were:

BareCupboard-itis.

NoTalent-itis.

That doesn't change the fact that the argument about Urban leaving them after doing no recruiting is bunk. They are a competitive team in the toughest conference in college football and the number 2 team in the nation, largely on the back of Urban's recruiting efforts. Perfect example of sour grapes.

You know what's hilarious? Florida fans mocking Urban for telling Matt Elam that he had a dream that ME was meant to play at UF. Let's watch the progression and play "count the contradictions", shall we?

1. Urban has dream, tells Elam, Elam commits, Gator fans rejoice.

2. Urban leaves Gainesville, Gator fans cease rejoicing.

3. Gator fans, now noticeably butthurt, mock their former hero for telling Elam of dream.

4. Bianchi, other Florida-y Floridians blame Urban for sub-par season, says he left cupboard bare.

5. Elam flies all over field destroying everything, Gator fans again rejoice, claim he is top 10 draft choice.

6. No sense is made.

Good QB, solid talent, they will be relevent for the next few years IMO. #2? Maybe a stretch, they'll lose a game.

Meh, all it takes is 1 off game. They probably won't score a lot on LSU, a couple lucky plays or missed FG's like last year and LSU could win an ugly one again.

We have out own fans who think our D's cupboard is bare or chalk-full of over-rated 4 and 5 star guys. We have all the tools too, we just need a little time (to learn/heal) and maybe change or rearrange some coaching positions. IMO
