Just saw on Twitter that Thaddeus Snodgrass will be committing next week on Friday. Looks to be down to the Bucks and Irish, Do you think this will be our first 2014 commit?

My guess is that he's all OSU. He really enjoyed the Purdue game and with the timing of his announcement coming pretty much on the heels of his visit to OSU, I'd say it looks good for the Buckeyes.

Saw that his Notre Dame offer is just recent, wasn't sure if he had visited there or not, would love to see him a buckeye.

I think Jared Shanker is reporting he is visiting Notre Dame mid next week before his decision, could be interesting but they appear to be top challenger for him if this is true.

Alex, do you think ND visit is just a visit to reaffirm himself that OSU is where he wants to be? Only be worried if he's blown away and pushes back announcement date situation?

Just saw he's moved it to Nov. 5th. Don't know if that really makes a difference. Would really be nice if the first commit of 2014 is a WR, especially someone seemingly finally taller than 6'0".

Does it really if he is over 6 ft? WV, and Oregon don't seem to have a problem scoring w/their vertically challenged WR core. In this offense give me the short shifty WR, over a tall stiff one anyday.

^How about having both? Haha. Nothing wrong with a bit of versatility. I see your point for sure though (an inch here or there isn't a big deal).

I'll take my Brian Robiskies and Michael Jenkins's right alongside my Teddy Ginns though, of course! Was Cris Carter really 6'3"? I wasn't aware until google-searching just now lol. On topic though, I'd love a 6'3", 6"4" field-stretcher like Tony Stevens out of Florida to compliment the small speedsters we'll be grabbing going forward (ala Taivon Jacobs).
