You will always have poles to deal with, but row 5 isn't so far back that you should still be able to see the video board and everything.
I spent 2 years in B deck. Lower B deck seats are some pretty sweet seats. You are probably still covered from the rain but can see most if not all of the stadium. If the price were right, I would grab them.
