This is my favorite stat of the story. Timmons is averaging 23.6 points per game as well as 23.6 yards per touch rushing and receiving.

Just listened to Montgomerys radio post game and their coach and media also picks Timmons over Quick. They said Quick has the national spotlight advantage playing for Trinity but everything he has Timmons has more.
Talked to a few and they're saying Louisville is making a big push now trying to land Quick and Timmons.
Thats what I want my Buckeyes to do

If the only reason that Timmons did not get his offer because he was not highly rated by the recruiting services and the fact that he is working his butt off to get one and he loves to be a buckeye truly makes me think he deserve that committable offer now.

Elder beat highlands 38 to 24.
Elder running back had 248 and 5 touchdowns.
WOW, that's only the 3rd time in like 84 games(including playoffs) that Highlands has lost. 2 of those losses did come to Cincinnati teams though. One loss in 2008 to Colerain and tonight's loss to Elder. The other came on the last regular season game of the year to a local NKY team that I'm not sure about. Think about that since 2007, Highlands has lost 1 time to a team from Kentucky. Over that time they have also beat the likes of Elder, St. X, Trotwood Madiso, Withrow, and several Louisville teams as well as teams who are supposed to be really good competition in their Division like Bowling Green and Christian County.

DMC beat me to it on Elliott's stats for the week but the best part was the twitter exchange between he and a starter for the others teams defense they played this week. To sum it up the kid said he and his team were gonna destroy Zeke and that he was overrated. Zeke's reply was simple "OK well see on Friday" love this kids attitude and how he lets his play do the talking. Cannot wait to see him in this offense as i compare him to Marshall Faulk when he was in HS i believe he is the prototype RB for this offense.
Highlands sucks. They talked so much crap. Play Ohio football and they might win 5 games a year.
