Please dont hate, just my thoughts. John Simon is overated, and d line for that matter, no pressure. Buchanan takes to long on punts. Safety positioning and scheme, regardless of LB depth is not good. Love Bryants enthusiasm though. We have a long way togo and I am not happy or down, just reality.

D line is fine. Scheme and linebackers are an issue though...
honestly vrabel and luke have no clue how to coach and feel like both got a job they r not ready for.

Regardless of the outcome........ I hope Braxton Miller is ok not for the sake of football and the osu fanbase but for himself and his family.

Simon isn't overrated, watch the game and how many times a TE, RB, FB or another lineman comes to help out on blocking him. Our problem is the over all defensive scheme. Fickell and Vrabel are good coaches just not ready yet for the responsibility.
That being said with the game today you take away the kickoff return an the safety our defense only gave up 14 points? The offense is where our problems lied today not our defense.
We looked light years ahead defensively this week than we have for a few games. Games like this show what kind of team you have ... And we have a team that doesn't quit and fights until the end.
I'm completely happy with this game, need those games that test your character, GO BUCKS!

I would like to add that it seemed like every time Noah Spence was in, he was able to speed rush around the tackle and force the QB to step up or get out of the pocket. I'd really like to see him used more. Maybe have Simon play on the inside some and Spence on the outside
Disagree about the d-line. I thought they got good pressure today for the first time all season.
