Stanley enjoys USC-Georgia game (Go upstate)
Junior OL Donell Stanley of Latta made his second trip this season to USC Saturday and enjoyed the festivities. "It was a lot of fun," said Stanley. "I tailgaited with my uncles and got to watch some of the concert. The game was really exciting and the crowd was loud." Stanley also spoke with other recruits while on the visit as well as offensive line coach Shawn Elliott. He has not scheduled any other trips. "As of right now, I don't have any games planned but when they come up, we'll play it by ear," he said. "I want to go to Clemson, NC State and Alabama." He generally attends game with his uncles. Though he does not have any favorites, Stanley has strong interest in the Gamecocks and Tigers.
Barrett’s Injury Not as Severe as Expected (the ozone)
Earlier in the week, it was reported that J.T. Barrett blew out his knee by tearing his ACL, Meniscus and MCL in a Wichita Falls (Texas) Rider's 44-17 victory over Brewer on Friday night.
This was devastating news for Ohio State fans, who were anxious to see if Barrett could be the future replacement to Braxton Miller in Urban Meyer’s spread offense. While the injury was certainly serious, Barrett planned to get a second a opinion on Wednesday to make sure.
And a second opinion Barrett received. Though still not good news for the 2013 quarterback, or the Buckeyes for that mater, Barrett texted The-Ozone Thursday saying the new diagnosis was a torn ACL and torn lateral meniscus. It’s still a pretty brutal injury, but much better news than originally expected.

Updated
I almost laughed when I read Ted Roof visited Trey Johnson.
The 2012 National Champions.
as someone who has a lot of knowledge about knee injuries.... meniscus is very minimal generally as long as he gets it taken care of immediately... the acl is very bad but by the time he is a buckeye he should be fully recovered
mark may wins douchebag of the year... again
Some other interesting tidbits:
-Mackenzie Alexander recently told the Clemson 247 board that he is looking at tOSU and a visit could be coming - wouldnt get hopes up but with Urbz you never know
-JC Shurburtt said on Bill King's show today that OSU coaches and even Vonn Bell himself have told him that they/he don't expect Tennessee's lead to hold up due to the cloud over Dooley's head and that it will come down to tOSU/Bama in the end
Final
Alexander not happening so that can be disregarded. He's all Florida State right now, plus OSU isn't really recruiting him right now.
Regards to Bell, the Tennessee lead isn't going to hold IMO. Bama will work back up in a Top 2 with OSU. After he visits, I think he'll have a decision.
Thanks Gene thats what I thought on Alexander Fla St./ ND battle all along and I agree with your Bell assessment although Im not sure I like Bama creeping in this thing just gotta trust Urbz
I know this sounds weird but Bama doesn't seem as scary as the Vols for Bell so if his final 2 are OSU and Bama I like our chances.
VONN BELL, I got the ill-communication. VONN BELL, I got the ill-communication, VONN BELL, I got the ill-communication....
"Get him a body bag, Yeah!"
If we can beat Tennessee I think we stand a very good change with Bell.
"if irony were made of strawberries, we' d all be drinking a lot of smoothies right now."
Nice, Cincerious, nice lol
Trotwood-Madison. Once a Ram, Always a Ram.
I really really really wish Bell would have made the game against Nebraska
