The one thing I noticed about the game was our offensive line got shallacked today. Was this simply a bad game, is purdue's dline that good, or is the Oline not as good as we think?

Purdues D-line is solid with a possible first rounder in Short. Our O-line had a bad game, and I don't think they are as good as we think but they're aren't bad by any means.

Honestly, and I think this was touched on in one of the spotlights on Purdue this week, they actually have a good secondary. This allowed them to really key on Braxton. Their goal on any play was to make him get the ball out of his hands and make another player beat them. They sold out against Braxton, and combine that will a poor day for our offense, injuries, questionable calls, etc... and it makes for the perfect storm of a day that happened out there. I also think the coaching staff tried to reign Braxton in before his injury play and not run him as much a la UAB game. This hamstrung our offense and then when he got hurt it put us in a deep hole. Thankfully, the team has shown that they can grind out a gutty win without their star. Hope he's doing well though.
Remember Purdue was close to beating ND. They are not as bad as they had played against Wisconsin and scUM. This is not nearly as bad as the Indiana debacle.
Purdue's d-line is pretty solid. That has been a strength for them all year. Short will be playing on Sundays.
Purdues been very up and down all year as they've played close games with tough teams. They brought their A game today
