I'm of the opinion that it will take a KSU and ND loss, and OSU going undefeated, for Braxton to win the Heisman. Otherwise there's too much media push for Klein (who puts up the gaudy Offensive numbers) and Te'o (because of the novelty of ND + first Defensive Heisman in a while). Personally I feel like Braxton is every bit as important to his team, and every bit as talented, as those two. But that's the media push I keep hearing (on ESPN, ABC, CBS, etc).
My thoughts exactly. I guess I'm going to get downvoted for being realistic. To be clear: I wasn't insulting Braxton at all, or implying that he isn't crucial to Ohio State. I'm talking about actual likelihood to win the Heisman, and right now, that's between Klein and Te'o.
Really, it doesn't matter until championship week. Remember how two weeks ago Geno Smith was already the lock to win? Now he's probably not even a finalist.
Give him the Heisman. Serious. Just give it to him. Speechless after reading that article.
An angry fan...rooting for an angry team...led by angry coaches
What a story. What a man. He doesnt need a Heisman. But the Heisman just might need him.
"But the Heisman just might need him."
Perfect. Just perfect.
I want him to win so Michigan fans can't brag about Woodson being the only defensive Heisman winner.

IMO the Heisman is between Klein and Te'o, with Braxton maybe as a very distant 3rd.
^I'd agree with VHX7.

Awesome story about an awesome person.
Real team player too coming back for his senior season.
The more I hear about this man the more respect I have for him. Personally I can't stand ND but I will I definately a Manti fan.
