Very impressed with Ezekiel. Even though the competition looks even worst than one other highly discussed person receives it doesnt matter. The defense is lined up to stop one man and cannot do it. Ezekiel looks stronger rather than faster but a good mix of both. Is not a Carlos Hyde yet. But give him a year.
Waycraken, you say Ezekiel looks stronger than faster, but keep in mind he had the 3rd fastest 40 time (4.42 electronic timed) at The Opening before the top 10 players competed in the "National Championship."
I think he will be much more like Dunn running the ball than Hyde. He squirts through the hole instead of running into guys. A very useful skill that Marcus Allen used very well in the NFL. If you can avoid a straight hit from someone, you can always gain yards and prolong your career.
The highlights are hugely impressive but the fact it was only 2 games, the whole defense was keying in on him and he scored at least 3 times that we saw, is pretty darn good.
Not a finished product but will be a handy weapon for the next 4 years! I feel confident in saying I think he will be a better Jordan Hall. Kid bounces off blocks more than powers through them.
Looks like the defense does a fairly good job at the line of scrimmage with the exception of a couple plays like all HS teams. EE does a very nice job being patient to find a running lane without waiting too long. If the assigned lane isn't there he will cut back, go outside or improvise however to get positive yards. Looks very good. Stay healthy young man.
Alex, would you like me to delete my thread then?

E.Elloit will never be anything close to C.Hyde. Should be better, he has a much smoother running style.

If you want to see his speed just go to the highlight at approximately one minute. He blows everyone away on his way to the endzone.
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
Good mix of strength and speed. Impressive
Can't wait to see him in S&G tearing it up with Braxton.
I know there's a game saturday, and my ass will be there.
