And anyways I found this quote from his coach interesting... "He's got an uncanny knack for taking things and moving forward," Everhart said about his star quarterback. "He's got such a tremendous package of size and speed. He's 6-foot. He's probably close to 220 [pounds] now. He's a big mama jama." Is he really 220 pounds??? Damn, dudes gonna be a beast at OSU, he could really end up playing the Percy Harvin role.

I don't think Jalin is 220 yet, however I think he will be 210-215 before his college playing days are up. Which is why I see him outgrowing the WR position, and becoming a full-time RB.
@Abe yes you are, Elliot is an all purpose back with speed and hands, can run with some power but is anything but a big back.
@bama Certainly you are right and his coach overestimated his weight by 30 lbs and called a real thin twig a big mama jama. I sure hope he can hit 205 by 2017.
The reality is he is thick and he knows he is moving to WR at least initially for tOSU so he has tried to add some mass. I believe he is every bit of 210 already. Jalin may get more looks out of the backfield in Urbans offense but he would die in the NFL after 300 carries in a season, exactly why Harvin doesn't do it

He moves very fluidly for being 6'0" 220lbs. Quite amazing if you ask me.

There's a pic of him on the front page of the sports section from last nights game. He looks solid. I would believe 210-220. Can't wait to see him in Scarlet and Gray!

Jalen Marshall will be better than Percy Harvin. He may be the most exciting offensive talent I have ever seen come to OSU. His style is closest to Barry Sanders. I hope he enrolls early.
