I live in South Bend, IN but grew up in a small town in Ohio. It is actually Woody Haye's hometown. Anywho, I am taking my 73 year old Dad to the game and want to make sure that the steps in c deck have hand railings for steps but also any recommendations to grab a cold brew before the game without it being too wild. My dad went to Ohio State in the 60's and want it to be memorable. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Woody's Tavern in the Union would be a pretty good spot. Not too crazy and also gives you the opportunity to check out the new union and walk through the library on your way to the shoe if you are so inclined.
C Deck does have hand rails all the way up. There is also an elevator to get you to C Deck so then he only has to climb the stairs from there, instead of climbing from ground level.
woodys would be a good option, as is B Dubs. It is crowded, but not insane.
have fun!
Thanks for the info guys. We will definitely hit the skull session as well. Praying for a 330 start!
How Firm Thy Friendship....
