I live in Clearwater and the Quaker Stake and Lube in Clearwater always has a bunch of Buckeye fans there, usually we take over the entire room on the left side. Not sure where in Tampa you live, so it could be pretty far out of your way. But if I go out to watch the game I always head there.
We live in Dayton but also have a home in North Redington Beach (10 miles south of Clearwater). There are so many Buckeyes in that part of the state, you can usually find the game on somewhere. If you are in the true Tampa area, check out Elsa's Mexican Restaurant in Lutz. The main locations are here in Dayton, but the family owns in St. Pete as well and are huge Buccaneer/Buckeye fans (as are we). Here is the link to check out...
Hey man, I live in Tampa and just about anywhere you go in south Tampa you can always find buckeye fans. But if you want a great Ohio state atmosphere there's a bar in Brandon Florida right off 75 a few miles away from the mall on kings ave. called obriens. They have a huge fan base there and they blast Ohio state everywhere, they tailgate before the bar opens in the parking lot lol an they place fight songs throughout the game. Real good time
I grew up in Dayton and can attest that Elsa's is a quality Mexican restaurant. I can only imagine the FLA location is top notch also. No trip there is complete without a pitcher of Bad Juan's!
People are saying that I'm an alcoholic, and that's not true, because I only drink when I work, and I'm a workaholic.

like Tampabuck said, I've heard O'briens is a good place to go. Also, I get emails from South Tampa Buckeyes on facebook about going to Stacked Burgers, I haven't been there though.
@Bucktuckian They no longer serve pitchers of Bad Juans. Sad. I know. Too many fightin' words going round, if you know what I mean. Haven't made it to the one in Lutz, but maybe they can serve them there... Florida is a whole other world.

I didn't do the math earlier but I can't believe it's been 9 yrs removed from some Elsa's.Doesn't surprise me the pitchers are gone. Still one of the best margaritas I've ever tasted!
I haven't missed a Marion's pizza opportunity anytime i've been back though....

I remember Mugz n Jugz in Clearwater used to be a huge Buckeye bar. Now it seems Quaker State is the new spot to go in Pinellas county. I might try it out tomorrow.

I live in Sarasota, if your ever making the trip South (just an hour) we have three game watch locations here.

Gameday locations are almost always listed on the local alumni chapter website. Google ohio state alumni (city).
http://www.tampabaybuckeyes.org/Game_Watch.html
There's also a game watch locator on the main OSU alumni website.

Might be a good idea for 11w to just post the link to the alumni website.
Look under RESOURCES, Places to watch games.

Having some Marion's Piazza tonight. Will toast to you! Go Bucks!
At Elsa's, they also try to limit you now to no more than 3 Bad Juans during your visit.
