Football: An OSU spokesperson has just announced that quarterback Braxton Miller has been examined thoroughly for head, neck and shoulder injuries and has been pronounced symptom-free. As a result Miller is being released from the OSU hospital.
Great new! Not going to lie......I was panicked when he went down! Not only I am glad he is healthy but the buckeyes showed a lo of heart and made me proud to be a buckeye.
We are going to need him next week. I believe State Penn is the trap game on our schedule. We will most likely not take them seriously. This is a game on the road with a coach that is doing a heck of a job considering the circumstances. I hope Braxton is healthy and ready to go.
I felt more strongly about Purdue being a trap game (if there's such a thing)--based on the fact that we habitually get into dogfights with them, even when I'd argue we have much better teams (like our top 10 Pryor years). I can't see the team not taking PSU seriously, they're one of our primary rivals (Michigan being by far the biggest, and then secondarily PSU, MSU, and Wisconsin).
What did it say exactly?
I don't follow twitter, but that is fantastic news. No other issues?
Great news. No concussion or neck injury! Symptom free. Happy for Braxton.

I was just using the 11W twitter feed on the main page but I figured more people would see the forum post.
He passed CAT scan and MRI, showing no signs or symptoms of concussion or other ailment.
THANKS for posting. Great news. Let's hope Bogard and Philly B are good to go soon as well.

awesome news hope he gets a day or two to rest
Great news for Brax...that looked like it could have put him out for the rest of the season when it happened.
So what was it?
SOMETHING had to get hurt for him to be in that much pain. At least a muscle strain or something in his neck maybe?
That is fantastic news!!! Today couldn't have ended better for the Miller family and the Buckeye family. :)

Answered Prayers! Get well Braxton.

No way we're not taking Penn State seriously next week. They're looking good.
