I disagree actually. Tonight I was thinking "man if he had 4 years at LB we'd be in great shape." But then I thought about how he absolutely blew people up in the hole for 3+ years as a FB. I just like the guy and am happy he is on this team.

I just have to give thanks to RichRod right now... for driving the Boren family out of Michigan right into our waiting arms... Zach's a beast and hope Jacoby anchors the line after Mr. Linsley graduates!

I hope someone in the NFL is taking a good look at this kid.He would represent any team with class and a work ethic second to none.

Who woulda thought that ZACK Boren would have been the BETTER Boren than JUSTIN Boren?! Not me. Count me in as thrilled that Rich Rod drove the Boren's out of Michigan and right into our pocket. Zack has been a PLEASANT surprise all his career, and I shutter to think where we would be right now without his services. Outside of Ryan "damn" Shazier and Boren, our LB core is pitiful.

Boren plays the run well, but he was getting abused in pass coverage the Penn State TEs were killing him.

Well, they thought Curtis Grant was going to be the next Patrick Willis. When they realized he probably won't even be the next Sabino they scrambled for Z.Boren.

He always wanted to play LB and he was one in high school so it's not foreign to him. Not surprised that the pass coverages threw him off since that takes more time at this level, but he is just naturally instinctive and knows where to be and where the ball is going. Really great to see.
