I'm rooting for the Rockets rather than against RR. Tress a-- raped RR and left him for dead in an alley.
I'm not saying I like the t-shirt or anything, but how is this acceptable and the T-shirt about showering at PSU in lieu of rooting for Scum any worse than this comment.....I'm not picking on you Run Fido....I'm just asking....

Outside of the SEC, though, typically the B1G is more powerful than 2 or 3 of the BCS conferences. Some years the PAC is better and some years the B1G 12. Nebraska looked pretty good. Everyone swears MSU is great(I don't think so, but I've been wrong before) Maybe Wisky has a pretty good year. Illinois looked tough. If 2 or 3 teams have a really good year, that drives a lot of the perception.
Michigan was rated WAY to high. I look at their schedule and other than the next 2 games there aren't many gimmes on it. @Notre Dame, Purdue could be tough, they have a 3 game stretch with Illinois, MSU, and @Nebraska. Northwestern and Iowa could give them a game, then they have to come to Ohio State and play. So, I think looking at that schedule, you could find 4 losses.
@WILLIAM - I don't really care too much about running it up, and I'll admit that Oregon is wildly entertaining to watch, my only issue I guess comes from going for it on fourth and goal when you're up 43-3 already. It's very Bielma-esque, in my opinion.
On a side note, Oregon's jerseys are exceptional tonight. Though I'm not a big fan of the chrome wings on the helmet.
I remember an SI article about a high school coach that stated he would never punt. He found it counterintuitive to his team's ability to win. I think Oregon's helmets would be better with green instead of chrome wings.
@WILLIAM - Ironically, I was thinking of the same article. And I'm with you, green or even black wings would have better matched their jersey's color combo.
Just another example of how dumb the pollsters are. Any fan of a B1G team, besides u.m., would have known how outrageous a #8 ranking was for them. they were garbage last year and this year their year older garbage. I don't think this hurts the B1G perception at all bc every one was already counting us second best at the most. Once the BCS playoffs come around hopefully we wont have to worry that anymore anyways. Just worry about winning all our games and they'll rank us in top 4. hopefully lol

LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I see none of our 4-5 faithful closet Buckeye fans/ tTUN fans are hear to spew their ignorant sentiments on how they got screwed or Denard was hurt excuses (or the suspension excuses). It was great and shows that while tTUN can schedule these tough out of conference games doesn't mean they're actually going to be competitive in them. Not to mention they were overrated last year and definitely are this year. I can see this team going 8-4 or maybe 9-3...if they're lucky.

Don’t start assuming Michigan is overrated.
It’s possible that Michigan still might be the best team in the Big Ten, but at the same time, Alabama just might really be that good.
Nick Saban and his staff can obviously gameplan to stop any one player, and with running back Fitzgerald Toussaint out and receiver Roy Roundtree neutralized, all the focus was on Denard Robinson to come up with a miracle, but he didn’t get any room to breathe.
But that was against the Alabama defense, and that’s what the Alabama defense does. Whether or not Robinson was beaten up too much to be his normal self as the season goes on might be up in the air, but outside of dealing with Michigan State’s terrific D, this was it for the Wolverines; it doesn’t get tougher than this.
Michigan will get Toussaint back and Roundtree will find his groove again, and Denard will be Denard. Remember, Oregon got stuffed by LSU in last year’s opener and turned out to be phenomenal, and there’s still a chance for Michigan to come up with a special season, too, but now the bar is set high for Alabama to stay on this roll. The team just reloaded, while Michigan obviously still has lots of work to do.
Hello everyone, been MIA for a while. Been focusing too much on our football season and getting myself acquainted in my new home so it has taken away from my leisure time.
About the Michigan game last night, wow that was rough to watch. I am not going to lie, I thought what happened was very possible. But, the diehard wolverine fan in me thought somehow if we stuck around for a while then we would have a chance to win.
It is real simple, we just do not have the caliber of lineman in the trenches to compete with an Alabama or even an LSU yet. I think that day will come though with Hoke's first recruiting class and the one that he is developing right now. Also, I think the overall athletic ability of our skill players needs to be better and I have hope that it will be soon. If this game was played in two years I think it would be a better game. The result may not change, but definitely a better game.
Despite all the bad that happened last night after watching it again this morning from a football coach standpoint, I did see a lot of positives from a lot of the young guys. I won't sit here and list them, I am sure not a lot of you really care, but I think James Ross is going to be a beast at Michigan and really liked what Will Campbell did at time. Another positive is that we will not face another Oline or Dline of that caliber this season. So, I will not expect this to happen again.
Congrats on your win yesterday. I think as the season continues you guys are going to get better and better and it should be hella fun when we come down there in late November.
BTW was in cleveland yesterday to scout De La Salle versus Ignatius. Wow, ignatius was very impressive. They gave me a great blueprint on how to beat De La Salle this week. So, anyone affiliated with the program, thanks! Going to be fun going against Shane Morris this week.
No offense, but your D line does not even compare to the Alabama one right now. I think it is going to be real good in a few years but it will not be near what we saw last night in November.
So after a while you thought you should return to tell us your team is better than we think and ours isn't as good as we think. You are one hell of a guy.
umm actually if you read what I wrote again, I gave you guys some props. I just said your D line is not better than Alabama's d line. Does not mean it is not a good D line. Simply, just not the caliber of Alabama's. As a matter of fact, we wil not play a team of Alabama's caliber this season again.
With that said, michigan has a lot of work to do to win some of the swing games on the schedule.
Well, you did say our D-line does not compare, not that we just aren't as good. As far as against Miami @steensn, their QB's average time in pocket was probably 2.5 seconds being generous. Their entire gameplan was to mitigate our d-line by not giving them a chance to do anything. So they threw the ball often and quickly as possible, while rushing for -1 yard. We'll get to see how good the d-line is upcoming. Keep in mind also that there was no Michael Bennett and Nathan Williams was playing very limited time...and those are two of 4 starters.
Edit: well, maybe 2 of the top 5 in the rotation anyway.
Just because Urban HELPS and OSU's legalcy HELPS doesnt mean it doesn't matter. It matters and it makes a difference...
@Run_Fido_Run lol.... well put
O H I O is the Buckeye State

Oregon is a bunch of dicks. Up 43-3 with 8 minutes in the half and they just went for it on 4th down.
Make that twice in the same drive, BT. Think Chip's gonna try to break 100?
^I don't mind stuff like that. You play to win.
Think Kelly is still bitter about losing MNC game to Malzahn (sp?) when he was OC at Auburn? Only explanation I can think of
@Steensn
Give it up man. People are going to believe what they want. Believe in yours it maybe right but move on it really is not that important.
Also, Oregon's uniforms are absolutely sick.
Welp.....Bama's recruiting just improved.

It's because it was so bad you cant... haha! There simply isn't enough combination of excuses to explain it away.
Is it just me or does Nick Saban look like he's the kind of guy that kicks dogs?

There’s no shame in losing to Alabama.

Yea, might want to look ahead to November. November 24th to be exact. Hint: You might be facing a Dline that good again.
No offense, but your D line does not even compare to the Alabama one right now. I think it is going to be real good in a few years but it will not be near what we saw last night in November.
So after a while you thought you should return to tell us your team is better than we think and ours isn't as good as we think. You are one hell of a guy.
He's not incorrect, our Dline was not dominant against a much worse Oline. They did not shine as we all expected.
umm actually if you read what I wrote again, I gave you guys some props. I just said your D line is not better than Alabama's d line. Does not mean it is not a good D line. Simply, just not the caliber of Alabama's. As a matter of fact, we wil not play a team of Alabama's caliber this season again.
