John L. Smith pretty much guaranteed his departure today when he called the Arkansas program the Alabama program. Hopefully Charlie Strong will be taking his place and that will encourage James Quick to go north to The Ohio State University. Who do you see taking over the Arkansas program after the season?

Living in Arkansas, I hear most of the locals talking about Charlie Strong from Louisville, but if they can't get him there's a really good chance that Gus Malzahn makes another jump from ASU.
They may bring Bobby Petrino back.

Hopefully Strong so we can land Quick he seems to be who everyone is talking about.Other names that could be considered just based off of how well their teams are doing: Dan Mullen if Arkansas can outbid Miss St, Kyle Flood could be a name if the Rutgers keep playing well, Frank Solich Ohio University, Butch Jones- Cincinatti because lets be honest Cincy is just a quick stop for coaches
Would Dan Mullen leave a job for what is basically a lateral move though? I don't know. I kind of think Malzahn makes sense. I'm not so sure Strong would jump ship for Arkansas, but I wouldn't be shocked to see it either.
I don't think Solich is even interested? He says he's content at OU and I think I saw somewhere he said that this would be his last stop but I could be wrong on that.
Taver Johnson? But seriously Gus Malzahn will most likely be the next coach.
It's good to be home.
