I had no idea that Big Hank and MSU Gholston played HS ball together. Can you imagine the RB's in their league having to go up against that defense on Friday nite?

That had to be a HS OL's worst nightmare. Playing against 2 future first round picks on the same defensive line? That is absolutely insane

I wonder how that would work with the new helmet rule.  I mean, his head would be ripped off, but technically the helmet is still on his head.  Does he still have to sit out a play?

To be quite honest I would not be at all surprised if he did. It would probabloy draw an "Unnecessary Roughness" penalty, but a well deserved one it would be.

I think its funny cause Bell is from Columbus, or near Columbus if im not mistaken..I remember hearing the announcers of this game last year stating how bad Le'veon wanted to be a Buckeye, and how he stated he was going to show the coaches what they missed out on by not recruiting him and then got absolutely crushed by our D and got embarrased in his home town...I am hoping for more of the same this year..I believe the Bucks will step up this week and get a victory..

I just don't believe much in bulletain board material being a real motivator anyway.  Missouri didn't lose to Georgia because their one player talked smack, they lost because they weren't even close to as good of a football team as Florida. If Bell goes off it won't be because of a comment Hankins made, he already has his motivation based on how horrible he played last year against the Buckeyes, and that the really need to win so they can win their division of the B1G against one of the better teams they'll play. 

So, if Bell needs a comment like that for motivation, I'd say maybe he's not all that focused on the task at hand anyway.  I can just hear the interview with Hankins though.  Readiing it I pictured him in a soft tone saying Well Sir, I'm going to try and rip his head off.  Just didn't come off like the level of shit talking you have compared it too, like saying if Missouri plays their brand of football no one in the SEC can hang with them. That's just stupid of the Mizzou player.

No, you are on to something there. I keep saying 'its been 4 games, they are what they are' when in reality, its not that extreme. I've seen him the backfield more than few times. I was certainly exagerating and appriciate being checked on it (Seriously, no sarcasm there dude).

I just want him to dominate one game like he has in the past. There seems to be a theory gathering steam on these here boards that the defense was being held back for whatever reason and maybe today they get turned loose. I just know what Simon really is capable of and honestly, we haven't seen it.

I want to see Bell's head ripped off as much as the next guy. I just hope it doesn't happen on 3rd and 3 and they pick up the first down on the penalty.
