I know this has been discussed many times over but how bad/biased has College Gameday become? Top 20 match up between ND/Michigan and they choose UT/UF... not surprised because ESPN's clear bias towards the SEC is always apparent but I really wish the Big 10 Network or another network had a quality pre-game show. Anybody know of any? Or are we stuck with this crap forever?

I see your point, and I don't disagree, but Tennessee hasn't hosted Gameday in some time (MSU did last year, I believe). Personally, I don't lump the Tennessee SEC schools in with the rest as far as my hatred goes.
Those who stay will be CHAMPIONS!

I believe Gameday is going to be in East Lansing for the MSU/OSU game... I don't think they wanted to go there 2 times in 3 weeks. You have to remember that ESPN has a contract with the SEC, so in a business dominated country they had to do what's best for their bottom line. Plus... If someone else would win a national championship other than the SEC they might go to different conferences more often for Gameday...
ESPN has a contract with every major college football conference. To say that their pact with the SEC is bigger than any other conference is simply not true. CBS gets first dibs on SEC games before ESPN. The reason the SEC gets so much attention is because they are the most dominat conference in the country.
I found this regarding the TV contracts for the major football conference from earlier this year.

Tennessee fans and people around the program said something was "different" this year in Knoxville, like maybe Tennessee is coming back. There's is excitement and buzz around the program. From EVERYTHING i've heard about Knoxville and Neyland Stadium, when things are good at UT, there's no better place to take in the game day experience. Add to it Florida was pretty good and that game used to be an automatic destination for a program like Game Day. It's no surprise that they chose Knoxville.
Everything ESPN does, isn't a middle finger or anti B1G move. I've always found it a bit much the amount of complaining about ESPN that has gone on here, but lately it's border line paranoia. It's getting out of hand folks.
Before LSU and Bama started dominating the world, Florida- UT was a MASSIVE rivalry. Fulmer left and Tenn. fell off, but they are trying to amp it up again. I would say it's a far better game/atmosphere than ND/Sparty. This year, Ohio St./Michigan is probably the only deserving game. Can't wait.
NC Buckeye.
We all hate the SEC, yes? But we can't deny that they are easily, objectively the best conference. Let's get the hell over it and hope that we can hang with them in a few years.
I wouldn't cheer for Michigan if they were playing the Taliban.
Not sure, I don't watch ESPiN. But like you, I do wish BTN or Fox or somebody would come out with a really good pre-game show for Saturday mornings from like 10am-noon. I'd totally toon into that. I'd even turn my cable box to that station the night before just to give them ratings.
