Big 10 went 10-2 week 1: as I thought, though Michigan and State Penn took the L's instead of Minnesota and Northwestern.
So week #2....... Here We GO!!!
Illinois @ Arizona State- W
UMass @ Indiana- W
Iowa State @ Iowa- L
Air Force @ Michig*n- W
Michigan State @ Central Michigan- W
New Hampshire @ Minnesota- W
Nebraska @ UCLA- L
Vanderbilt @ Northwestern- L
Central Florida @ Ohio State- W
State Penn @ Virginia- L
Purdue @ Notre Lame- W
Wisconsin @ Oregon State- W
So 8-4 is my thought, though I'm not too confident in Indiana, Purdue or Illinois

6-6 That would be UGLY!! I'll hope I'm wrong.
Ws - tOSU, Nebraska, Wisconsin, MSU, Minn, & tSUN
10-2. The only losses in my mind are Penn State to UVA and Purdue to ND.
8-4. Purdon't, Nerds, State Penners, and Hawkeyes are the losers of the week.

I think ASU is going to blow out the Illini. Unlike WMU, the Sun Devils have a great offense and can move easiily.

Arizona State may win, but they are not going to "blow out" Illinois. Zook left a ton of talent behind, and Beckman (he's like BFF with both Urbz and Tress and coached under both between 2001-2006) seems to have things clicking. If Arizona State wins, it won't be by more than 7... As for me, I'll take the Illini 27-24.
If UMASS beats IN, then IN should really consider closing up the old football shop.
IL and AZST are too close to call, so I will go with IL.
IA and ILST are too close to call, so I will go with IA.
I will take NB and also NW.
Sadly, ND will win.
So I disagree with you on 5 of 'em and I am saying BG1 will be 10 -2 again next weekend. Am I to understand that you picked Fichigan to win last weekend? hhmmmm (I wanted them to win but come on man.)
Illinois loses. Iowa and Nebraska win.

^^^^ I thought Michigan had a fighters chance vs 'Bama, if Deetard could break a couple of long runs and play turnover free ball. However Michigan coaches took their version of Mike Vick and tried to turn him into Dan Marino and came up with bad results.
For week #2:
Nebraska- thought RB Burkhead got hurt and IMO QB Martinez is below average, not sure if Nebraska can score enough points to keep up with UCLA.
Northwestern- I assumed their starting QB was injured and would be using their backup.
Purdue- QB Marve was something like 30-38 for 297yds and 3 tds in 1st game. ND has to have some jet lag, and wasn't tested in pass defense vs Navy. Notre Lame has DB issues, so I'm hoping they are a QB mistake and subsiquent head coach meltown away from letting Purdue steal one.
Indiana is bad enough to loose to Umass.
Yeah, those are good arguments. I forgot about NW's QB, but I'll stick with my picks all the same.
I tried to do the same for the SEC but they are playing several conference games already, the rest are cupcakes. But nonetheless, I say they drop two again:
Vandy. And if you can go with Fichigan over Bama then I can and will go with WA over LSU. (North Texas looked like a HS team and LSU looks as cocky as usual. I figure those fellows will be trying to get one more week of serious partying in before the schedule gets serious.)
The only teams i see loosing are penn state and northwestern.
I think penn st., nw, & purdue are the only members of the big 10 to lose this weekend.
More losses for the B10 this upcoming week.
Arizona State will defeat Illinois in a nail biter.
Indiana should handle UMass with ease.
Iowa I think can win this one, despite the showing last week, I'm giving the edge to Iowa being they are at home. It will be close.
TSUN should win by 3TD's, I think Air Force could play with them early but the defense will tire out chasing Detard all day.
Michigan State should have no issues this week.
Minnesota playing a jobber team, should win with ease.
Nebraska should win by at least 10 points, but UCLA will play tough.
Northwestern won't be able to keep up with Jordan Rodgers, and the defense. If Vandy has a bad day, a shootout could very well happen.
Ohio State blows out UCF.
Virginia will give Penn State their 2nd loss, wining by at least 2TD's.
Notre Dame will defeat Purdue by at least 17pts.
Wisconsin game will be closer than people think, but will win by at least a TD.
End Result: B10 goes 8-4, same record as you JohnBlair but different game results
Everyone but Penn State, and maybe Iowa will win.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
I've got to go with 10-2 I think that Penn State loses another one and that our those pesky Boilermakers will hang around for a couple of quarters but succumb to the "mighty" Irish (although I think both of the 'ichigans will beat them)
Illinois @ Arizona State- W
UMass @ Indiana- W
Iowa State @ Iowa- W
Air Force @ Michig*n- W
Michigan State @ Central Michigan- W
New Hampshire @ Minnesota- W
Nebraska @ UCLA- W
Vanderbilt @ Northwestern- W
Central Florida @ Ohio State- W
State Penn @ Virginia- L
Purdue @ Notre Lame- L
Wisconsin @ Oregon State- W
Northwestern's backup led them to the game winning touchdown. Colter said he was okay to go back in but the coach kept him out. Some are suggesting a quarterback controversy, even though Fitzgerald denied it
I think Penn State rebounds and beats UVa in Charlottesville. Northwestern wins another nailbiter, as does Illinois. Nebraska rolls over UCLA. Iowa rebounds this week and wins by two scores over Iowa State. Purdue loses a close one in South Bend. The rest of the B1G takes care of business.
11-1, with Purdue being the only loss
Illinois @ Arizona State- W

Michigan State @ Central Michigan- W

Nebraska @ UCLA- W
Vanderbilt @ Northwestern- L
Central Florida @ Ohio State- W
State Penn @ Virginia- L
Purdue @ Notre Lame- L

New Hampshire @ Minnesota- W
Nebraska @ UCLA- W
Vanderbilt @ Northwestern- W
Central Florida @ Ohio State- W

Iowa State is a lot better than people give them credit for. They have done well in this game recently and expect that to continue. Other than that everything that should happen, does happen. Just not sure about the Illini QB (I thought he got hurt last week but not sure how serious).

MSU is playing AT CMU? WTH?
7-5 this week. Buckeyes with a W, naturally.
I know , NORTHBROOK --- I saw that & thought maybe it's in Detroit @ Ford Field, being a "neutral" site game, but it is at CMU's stadium. Strange for a B1G team to actually play a true away game to a MAC opponent. Hmmm
I think Illinios loses to ASU in that desert heat, esp. with Scheelhaase the Wheelhouse questionable.

I got the 6-6 right, UGLY!!
ugly is right. Big 10 is a hot mess.
TheHumbleBuckeye: What was that I said about ASU blowing out Illinois? As a matter of fact, I'm the only one to call for an ASU blowout on this thread.
