good, good to hear for a kid that was struggling up here in the north with home sickness or loneliness.... good for him.
Definitely a good thing. Hopefully it gives him a confidence boost and makes him feel more like a part of the team/ accepted. I'm a little surprised he lost his stripe before Michael Thomas. Seemed like we were hearing nothing but good things about Thomas and Southward kind of flew under the radar.
Good for him. I really hope he's able to fight through the homesickness, get some support from his family at home, have some teammates reach out to him, and have a great career here after a rocky start.
