Don't know if anyone is watching this game, but the Seattle Seahawks defensive line is playing out of their minds! Chris Clemons has 4 of the Seahawks 8 sacks in the first half. The guy is unstoppable.

Yeah, it's killing me. I need two points from Finley to win my match up.
I'm surprised that they aren't trying to get the ball to Finley more

This team is legit
Yeah this defense is for real

That was one of the craziest first halfs I've ever seen. Seems to be settling in a little now, though (halfway through the third). And I don't even like these teams...

This morning I almost benched Seattle's D/ST and left the spot in my starting lineup empty, for fear of them losing points. So glad I didn't go through with it.
Seattles offense isn't doing the team any favors right now

How long has Seattle been using Florescent green in their uniforms?
Just this year I believe.

Man, I thought I could go to bed with that interception - stupid penalty.

That was the 24th flag in this game. Holy crap.

Holy crap!!! Did the ref just call dual possession to give Seattle the game!?!

If Seattle wins this game that'd be crazy!!!

Wow. They're walking off the field and nobody knows who won.

I thought the tie goes to the offense? Or did Tate ever have possession?
The Seahawks won! Holy crap!

Wow...TD stands...unreal.

William, dual possession goes to the offense, yes, but it sure looked like the defender caught it and the receiver put his hands on the ball on their way down to the ground. I have a hard time thinking of that as a catch by the WR.

Could you imagine having to come back out for that kick? Man that would suck

I think it was a pick. It didn't look like 50-50 possession to me at all. More like 70-30 possession in favor of Green Bay. The official closest to the defender made the right call on the field. And then there's the blatant offensive PI by Tate on the play.
On the other hand, the Pack really got bailed out on some other calls, particularly the PI call on their touchdown drive. So maybe karma still favored the Seahawks.
If I'm the regular refs, I'm upping my demands for the NFL. Immediately. #leverage
With that many players involved, PI is almost never going to be called on a hail-mary (albiet a short one). I think it was a pick, too, but it wasn't - game over.
Moral of the story: KNOCK IT DOWN!!!

I'm not sure how much blame I place on the refs for that one, though. The rule favors offensive possession, and Tirico said they can't review that particular aspect. After the review, the ref said the call "stands" instead of "confirmed." To my understanding that just means they couldn't overturn it, not that it was definitively correct.
Still, the scab refs have to go based on pretty much everything we've seen the last few weeks.
Just incredible. Goodell has to be on the phone right now with the real refs' representation.
The league should waive any fines to players badmouthing the officiating. I've never been so disillusioned with professional football in my life.
@Buckeyew
Agree they have to go. But regardless of whether tonight's call was right or wrong, the replacement refs talk is buzzing. Seems to me like the NFL is now under huge pressure to get these guys back.
Terrible officiating. That last call was garbage. Those officials need to get a set of balls and make the right call. It was clearly obvious what the right call was...interception. They were afraid to reverse the call on the home team. There were also some other bad P.I. calls, roughing the passer calls, etc.. These guys just aren't qualified. Hmmmm.
On a more positive note, AJ Hawk was great out there, leading the Packers with 11 tackles. And the second-leading tackler for Green Bay was Ryan Pickett, another former Buckeye. Pickett was a beast, too.

I still can't believe that they didn't call that an interception. If I was a packers fan I'd be ticked

1) The Packers should have knocked it down.
2) Even Aaron Rodgers said it, you shouldn't be in that position in the first place...
@William
1) Hindsight is 20/20.
2) The Packers shouldn't have been in that position, but the correct calls still have to be made in the game, regardless of what the score is.
It was a terrible call, but I don't understand the venom directed at the actual replacement refs. They are replacement refs. They aren't even good enough to referee DI college football. There is a reason for that. They are doing the best they can.
Be ticked at the NFL, absolutely, for not recognizing what kind of storm they have caused. I know I am. But there's no reason to believe these replacement refs can do any better than they have been/are doing.

Two nights, two garbage calls, two outcomes changed. Last night with the blatant offensive PI, as well as Tate putting his hands on an intercepted football and somehow claiming that he had possession, too. Then Sunday night with the Ravens FG that went over the upright, where the ball didn't appear to be completely within the outside edge of the upright. The FG at least was hard to tell, but you don't have that excuse for last night. The refs on the field are replacement refs, but if I'm not mistaken, the refs in the replay booth are not replacement.

@SHOWTHEMOHIOISHERE ... agree, and, what are the chances those two prime time games would end in that fashion & the officals would be in that position.
As for the goalposts, it's hard to see sometimes when the ball is kicked higher than the goalposts extend vertically - whether it went inside or outside. It's also tough to see sometimes if the ball crossed the plane. I wonder if some time in the future, they put a small tracking device or chip inside every NFL game-used football, and they have correlating laser technology on the goal lines & the goalposts --- so it would automatically show if the ball went inside the goalposts or crossed the goal line. This would likely solve those problems.
