The best place to watch games in Minneapolis is at Poor Richards in Bloomington. The Ohio State Alumni Club of Minnesota meets there every Saturday for games. Turnout is usually about 30-40 people. Private room, huge TV and assorted other tv's. Great food and drink specials during the game. Located right off of HWY 100(Normandale Blvd.) and 494
You wont find much OSU love downtown but think that Whisky Junction is owned by a Browns fan, and may be friendly to your cause. Good Luck !
