what # is Cam?
He is #2.
McCray is #9 LB ttun recruit. Not a factor in any way in the game.
thanks LouGroza.
Everything i have seen is if Cam is on that side the QB will not go near him
Burrows almost makes a great play on the first pass throw towards him.
They are definitely staying away from him.
No idea what happened to McCray. One play he came off holding his gut like he may have a problem of some sort.
McCray has done nothing. They've run up the middle 70% of the time and he doesn't have a tackle. They are avoiding Cam's side of the field.
Yeah scratch that he is off the field.
McCray back on field now. Guess he just got shaken up.
McCray just got burnt over the middle in coverage and gave up 20.
Hit stick?
He certainly doesn't look good in this game that's for sure. Plus he looks small to me. McCray that is.
Cam showed some speed on the punt return.....they need to teach the d line to watch the ball. Too many encroachment penalties
How Firm Thy Friendship....
A lot of praise for Burrows in this broadcast. Trotwood can't get anything going on offense but hopefully the D can put some points on the board and get them started.
That RB Scarlet from University is a beast. Kid is only a sophomore too.
^^ agreed
McCray just made a nice play as a TE.
Heck of a catch
Cam doesn't take kindly to Florida team's WR's trying to block him.... get off me punk.... Looks like he is physical enough.
He has done an excellent job in coverage of their stud WR Cunningham so far.
Cam having a good game, little big Daddy is also looks like he moves pretty well.
These University kids are dropping like flies. wow
Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
Would love this dude to be paired with Vonn Be!!
MGOBlog posters are trying to say Cam is having a bad game:
http://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/espn-3pm-trotwood-madison-13-recruit-mike-mc...
announcers said Tim Beckman (Illinois coach) has been spending time recruiting Trotwood heavily. They said "it looks like he is pitching a tent". I don't know, but it was funny.
man, scum is just so delusional.... cant wait to whoop their asses and send them back to little brother status
Observations Wynn kid is nice and trotwood coach has Scum braclet on
nice hit by that free safety
Trotwoods gametime decision QB needs some work.
Solid game from Burrows; they really didn't throw at him too much. The only time I saw him struggle was when it came to tackling that freak soph RB for University School.
McCray was noexistent the first half but he really stepped it up in the second half. He is a good get for Coach Flintstone.

Cam got killed on that play action.
If Murray and Woodard are the real deal..does Cam end up at safety? Id say the "star" spot but looks like they're grooming Bogard for it.

@Buckeyejason if Cam can stay fluid at his size, I think they'll keep him at CB. Someone that physically imposing will be a real weapon but the real issue is how his body develops over the next few years (with some help from Coach Mick).
Seems logical. I'll probably get flamed for this..and I know he's still a sr. In HS, but I think Cam's the next Jamario O'Neal. Big athlete that stands out and dominates at camps but struggles to be a good defensive back in college.

I'll agree with jason to an extent. Kid is a tweener at the next level, lacks the ball hawk mentality you want in your safties but is a little out matched athletically at CB. IDK if I would go as far as Jamario O'neal though.
More like Malcolm Jenkins
Well the first flaw with argument is the bit about the camps, because Burrows most certainly didn't dominate this summer.
He dominated the camp scene last year I believe..which made him a 5 star and top 10 prospect.
Anyways its just a hunch..could end up the next Patrick Peterson, or a solid contributor like Donald Washington..or like I said, J.O'Neil.

Many are crediting his slide in camp play to his losing the fluidity in his hips. He'll need to work on it, but even if he makes a move to safety, I think he still has a very high ceiling
Cam has really good cover skills and average tackling. His size is rare for lockdown DB but I'm not sure he could play safety. With all the depth we will have at DB why not explore his talents on offensive side? I bet he'd make a good WR?
@ADAMANT Our depth at DB is also some of the older depth on the team, so if we don't develop DBs at a higher rate, that depth will fall off really quick. That gravity of that progression will be decided by how well the young guys progress, but that's not a known factor for now.
DB depth is actually not very good if you think about it. Howard And Johnson are gone after this year. Barnett, Bryant, Wood, and Brown are gone after next season..Roby possibly as well.
I don't see him beating out guys like Thomas, Epitropolous, Marshall, Jacobs at wide receiver in the future..I dunno, just my opinion.

Hey dubjayfootball90.....maybe the michigan fans that are delusional are smoking what the michigan footall team was when they played app. state....LOL
^^^ hahaha, got a good lol out of that, thx OHIO GF
He got beat but the ball was ovethrown. Didn't see much of the game
just like any high school player, he has things he can work on, but I am excited as hell that is a future buckeye
Exactly, the question is "has be peeked?" I am betting he hasn't.
Cam will be fine at corner. He has all the physical tools right now and once Marotti gets his hands on him, it will be fluid hips and greater speed. Then Coombs will get his hands on him and teach him better tackling technique.
Gotta look at this kid as a lump of clay that has the potential but needs to be molded. What you see now is definitely not what you will see in a year or 2.
Obviously not, but you can say that about a lot of Former top ranked players. I think Woodard has a better college career than Burroughs.
