I was looking to see what rookie Bucks in the NFL were doing. It doesn't look good. Adam's debut for Pittsburgh was an unmitigated disaster. Posey apparently is falling on the depth chart (DNP in opener?) and Herron didn't appear in the box score for the Bengals. Who knows what Pryor's future holds. I can't remember the fifth guy suddenly...which means he's really disappeared.
I wonder what this inglory will mean for their NFL careers? I hope they'll have productive careers, but I'll be interested to see if it happens.
Any updates from the more informed would be welcome.

FYI: Herron had 4 carries for 8 yards for Cincy.
Posey did play for Houston and was thrown to once, but did not have a catch.
Nate Ebner had one tackle for NE (not part of Tat 5, but was drafted).
Herron will get plenty of opportunities this Thursday with the law firm out; hard to say anything about the 4 carries considering he was playing with the 3rd team offensive line. I hope he gets some quality reps this week with some decent o-lineman.
Solomon Thomas was the 5th member of the Tat 5
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
Let's see what it is like in 2-3 years...
I'm with Steensn, let's wait and see how things play out for these guys. I'm not really expecting them to be great pro players, but we'll see what happens.
if hes playing with the 3rd team offense then hes prolly playing against the third team defense
mark may wins douchebag of the year... again
I hope they all play miserably, to be perfectly honest, especially Mike Adams. I don't support any of their teams and got pretty sick of their attitudes around campus by the time they all left.
I hope Nate Ebner kills it though, so happy for that guy. Hope Dane can keep a roster spot in Chicago as well.
Don't give up... Don't ever give up.
They were buckeyes I support them.
Thats what happens when you dont play in your senior season......
Adams is lazy and blame Bolman on his lack of development as well as his poor work ethic..Posey should be fine eventually, Pryor will probably never be a starter in the league..maybe not even a number 2. Thomas never had a pro future. Boom will be fine as well given enough opportunity.

I see Boom Herron ending up as the best NFL player of the 5. Unless Pryor gets real and realizes he would be an excellent WR with his speed and size.
Posey will be a 2nd or 3rd WR for a good team. Thomas is gone, probably forever out of football. Last but not least, Adams I think will be fine. Supposedly even the GREAT David Decastro is struggling to become a starter for Pittsburgh. He was supposed to be the starting guard right from the beginning and look what is happening. If Adams keeps away from the wacky tobacky, I think he will have a decent pro career.
Really, I don't see one All-pro out of any of them. Maybe Posey!
“Coming out of high school, I was just an athlete that just, whenever the guy was open, I didn’t know what I was reading,” he said. “When I saw a guy open, I threw the ball. Now, coming out of college, I learned to read defenses. I wasn’t blessed enough to be at a powerhouse that you learn that stuff as a quarterback. So, I’m working and I’m going to get good.”
Did anyone see this quote from Pryor? It's in the following article:

I really hope he was referring back to HS and not to tOSU. I think he was though. What's that say about our quarterback coaching? Maybe it validates what most of us already thought.
Nothing new there.

Posey, Herron & Adams have played ONE preseason game. Let them get thier feet wet first, it's still AUGUST!
You make a great point. It's like the people saying Luck will be a hall of gamer from his one good preseason performance, and Quinton Couples won't be a bust because he made a few plays against the Bengals 2nd and 3rd team defense.

I love this...and you all should too. They should have been the ones who sat out last year...not these Seniors. Karma's a B@#ch!

I think Luck will be a hall of famer because he has all the right skills to be an amazing NFL QB. He can Ryan Leaf it or Peyton Manning it, but he has the skills to be very successful. It only further supports that when he goes out in his first NFl experience and does well, it doesn't make the case..
Herron has a pretty low ceiling in the NFL.
Adams is lazy. a waste
Pryor can be good with development
Posey has to tools to be good NFL player and should be fine after the rust is off.
Andrew Luck will be awesome. Should've been a buckeye :-(
Im not saying he won't be, I think he most certainly can be..just needs to be consistently great For years to come before we consider talking hall of fame and Andrew Luck in the same sentence.

There's another thread already on TP getting some playing time in tonight's game, and I already commented there, but unfortunately, TP looked kinda bad in my opinion. Had a couple good runs/scrambles, but his throwing left MUCH to be desired.
I'm always rooting for him though!
Pryor would be a sick TE if he could block. He could be a Jimmy Graham type guy. I don't think he can make fast enough cuts to play WR and be a threat other than in a jump ball situation. I say put 10lbs on him and teach him to block. The fantasy league guys could use another Gronk/Graham/Gates.
Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
ive already enshrined luck, too late
