I saw multiple times when Urban was at UF he was able to have such awesome special teams play because he recruited athletes and he also gave priority to players who played ST. For example players on ST got to eat first, get first dibs on equipment, etc etc etc. Will that tradition stand in columbus?

I think it was not so much that he gave special preferance to Special Teams players. He had his best players ( starters) playing special teams.
