If you have never been its the only game IU sells out every 2 years. I will be there working as a photographer and to hear Ohio St fans and the O-H-I-O around that stadium is as loud as anywhere else. IU fans hate us but the folks that take in the funds...they can't live without us!!
Any idea what tickets will cost if I buy when I get there?
went to a game at Indiana in 2003, it was 4-1 OSU fans to Indiana fans. The O-H-I-O chant went around the stadium throughout the game. We got there at 9am for a noon kickoff, and the parking lot only had OSU fans tailgating.
Not sure about tickets when you get there but IU season ticket holders sell a lot of their weeks before. Probably the best bet. Like I said its a sell out so gameday might get a liitle tough.
I bought 4 last week....and a parking pass...my kids (8 and 9 yrs old) have been begging to go....kids tickets there are only $5....so we got 4 tickets and a parking pass for $150...bought them last week section 29 (Ohio State) side row 69...puts one around the 10 yard line....not too bad at all.
i was there two years ago. Go early if you want to party they tail gate for real out there.
I live in Indy and will diff be attending the game.

I just purchased my tickets to the IU game... Looking forward to it. I'd like to visit all B1G stadiums eventually... I went to Purdue last year (brutal watching that game). I'm going to The Shoe twice this year and IU. Going to be a great year.
Any good places to eat or bars to pregame at in Bloomington near campus?

Should be a decent game to be honest. That QB IU has isnt a joke, as he showed last year in the Shoe.
Yah me and like ten buddies are headed down and are going to tailgate all day and then when the game is over we have a buddy that lives down there that we are gonna crash at. Where has everybody found the cheapest tickets at i'm gonna buy mine ASAP and just want a couple good places to look.
I was able to get mine through a co-worker who has season tickets and doesn't want to deal with traffic for that game. I only paid $70 for 2 tix w/ a parking pass. I've looked on stubhub but they seemed a little overpriced. I scalped tix the last time and paid about $50 a seat if I remember right. Not sure if Craigslist would be any cheaper than stubhub.

I remember visiting IU, and they mentioned that the OSU game was when they would take their official photographs of their stadium, since it was (A) the only game they could sell out, and (B) because the OSU fans' Scarlet and Gray attire is the best doeppelganger for their own Crimson and Cream colors.
We should make it a point to have all OSU fans wear gray just to mess with their photo. I've heard that too, Hodge.

I got my tix on Stubhub for $94 each... They're 50 yard line about 50 rows up. Since I am driving from TN I wanted tix in hand before I made the trip so I went ahead and bought them. I'm sure I probably could've gotten a ticket off of the street but I didn't want to take a chance.
Some of you Indy guys tell me a good place to pregame (bar, tailgate, etc.).
