Marquez North

I saw a tweet earlier tonight that said Marquez North's dad reported that OSU sends him more mail than any other school. I also saw a tweet that said OSU and Everett Withers are recruiting him harder than any other school. I now understand why OSU's staff turned down Story... I believe they are banking on 1 of Quick and Gibson then hoping on adding North to the class. Marshal, Quick/Gibson, Jacobs, and North in this year's class at the WR group would be ridiculous. What are the chances we land this kid?

Not sure he has ever visited OSU, would most likely have to take an OV for us to have a legit shot at him.

Baugh was a rare occasion. He was a big buckeye fan from California. I doubt North commits to us without an OV.

I really wish our staff recruiting him harder than other staffs meant that the interest went both ways, but I just don't see it. I think we were on his mind for a while, but he seems like he wants to stay close to home, and I respect that. It's a shame that we couldn't get him on campus early.
