http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1271500-fast-25-the-25-speediest-guys...
I thought Roby was our fastest player ??? This list is very suspect though first they used the wrong picture....they also have Jamal Berry on this list.. and De' Anthony Thomas from Oregon #9....any one think Corey Brown is the 2nd Fastest in college football??? if thats the case he should be perfect for the Pivot Position seeing that he played RB in High school..thoughts???

Maybe he is and we don't get to see it with the style of offense we had last year, but to be honest I don't see it.
Hardly home but always reppin
It is not possible to have 3 OSU players on the top 25 list because we are not in the SEC and do not have SEC speed. So clearly one of those three players are not that fast...
Note, Berry is on there... but... yeah
Bleacher Report always has the worst lists.
Brown is fast, but not the 2nd fastest in the country.
Is it wrong that I avoided clicking the link to prevent supporting BR with web hits?
If you think Philly Brown is the 2nd fastest player in CFB, I've got some land to sell you.
When told OSU set school record for 50+ games this year, UFM said "That's good. We're gonna break that next year."
I never trust anything from a site that allows ANYONE to post an article without any screening... I love grassroots type sites, like 11W, but they have to have some filtering...
No way Corey Brown is the 2nd fastest collegiate football player in the country. None.
@osubias your my guy you should have told me Bleacher Report is a Troll site.......I MEAN THEY GOT JAMAL BERRY ON THE LIST HAHAHAHAHAHA
Hardly home but always reppin
Bleacher Report is garbage...In my experience it's all opinion supported by little if any facts.
100% of unprayed prayers go unanswered
I doubt it..if he is, he doesn't play like it. Either way who cares.
Run_Fido's favorite word is strawman.
Garbage site that didnt really justify anything they said, also it's very hard to quantify speed in football as its much more then just a 40 time
Later today I will link to an article I'm writing for BR about Matt McGloin being the fastest player in college football.
I wasn't aware of BP creditability or lack thereof lol I thought the list was borderline insane.
Hardly home but always reppin
I thought it was a crappy list because all it was, with only a couple of exceptions, was a bunch of fake-40 times. Which is like grading the speed of college football players based on how fast they say they are while having a couple of cold ones in a bar.
It would have been a lot more interesting if they limited it to guys who currently or had previously competed in track events, in either college or high school.
A generation ago, before the proliferation of fake-40 times (as numerous now as Twitter accounts), we would grade the great speedsters on how they did in real, live track meets. I think it is a pity that so few guys run track in addition to football anymore.

By the way, here is some great high school track video on Corey Brown:

4x400 is not the best place to demonstrate pure speed, but Philly blazed this thing. Blew it up.
Nice vids!
That was a spectacular race, fun to watch.

Agreed above BR is trash...
to MMAN...nice contribution...but you had to sneak one with your guy in it huh?? Just kidding...liked your vids...thanks. <That was hard to type btw...
"There's nothing that cleanses your soul like getting the hell kicked out of you."
"I love football. I think it is most wonderful game in world and I despise to lose."

jesus, that Corey Brown race was unreal. Talk about a strong finish
It's actually a picture of Corey Brown, the wrong Corey Brown though.
vacuuming sucks
When I started looking for OSU news on a regular basis, I went to BR a lot, because they had a few articles a day. I kept coming back, and it was one of my favorites. Then I realized that most of their articles are trash, and I really don't go there anymore.
