Last I heard I think they said it was a bit costly. At the very least, it would be cool if their forum was available on Tapatalk.

I can access the site from my Android phone too, but an app or at least a Mobile version of the site might make it a bit easier to navigate.

They said a bit over a year ago that the addition of an app would be costly and take funds from other ventures. I think when they made that decision was when they started looking at hiring a beat writer. So the choice basically came down to, which do we as readers prefer, better coverage, or something to make our lives easier? Some people even stated they would be willing to pay for the app, and that really goes against what 11W is about, being the best Buckeye website, while still keeping it a free forum for all to enjoy and share. Personally I don't have any issues reading the site on my iPhone. I'm just mad I can't buy a damned shirt from the dry goods store. And bring back the Rita Rod Wear banner!!!

Flipboard is pretty good for reading "main" stories. It pulls stories from the RSS feed. The only downside is that you can't view comments from within the app.
@GOBUCKS713 - There is already a Kindle App (subscription) for 11w on Amazon. It's 0.99 a month. It downloads the entire site to your kindle whenever you connect it so you can read it when not connected to the network.
It's not "free", so I don't really see any harm in charging for an iPhone, Droid, or better Kindle App. When 11w did the reader survey a little while back, that was the request I made because zooming in and out to read articles is a bit of a pain. I'd pay for it.
(Note: Figured out an easy way to zoom in on "story" text on the kindle - just double-tap it zomms to screen width)
I was thinking the same thing, I was going to make a thread on this and if anyone has any awesome OSU wallpaper or live wallpapers or anything like that because I cant find any on the Android Market (Google Play Store) besides OSU logos, I dont want that crap. I remember my buddy had an awesome 3D Virtual Live Wallpaper of the horseshoe... i wish i still talked to him, i would love to have that one! it was badazz.
